Description
Spykes Hot Melons was one of four flavors of a controversial caffeinated malt beverage introduced by Anheuser-Busch in January 2007. Packaged in colorful 2-ounce bottles at 12% ABV with added caffeine, guarana, and ginseng, it was discontinued in May 2007 after 27 state Attorneys General accused the company of marketing to minors and the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau ruled its labeling illegal.
