Sabra is a chocolate-orange flavored liqueur produced in Israel, featuring rich bittersweet chocolate cut by the sweet and sour taste of Jaffa oranges. Developed in 1963 by Edgar Bronfman Sr. to be an identifiably Israeli liqueur, it is produced by Binyamina Winery and is kosher for Passover.
