Rémy Martin Extra is a discontinued Fine Champagne cognac that was introduced in the 1920s, vanished about 20 years later, but reappeared in 1975 under the name Extra Centaure. This rare and refined 35-year-old cognac was composed of 90% Grande Champagne and 10% Petite Champagne, made from a blend of eaux-de-vie aged between 20 to 50 years. It is now considered a collector's item.
