Pisco Portón is a premium Peruvian pisco produced at Hacienda La Caravedo, established in 1684 and the oldest continuously operating distillery in the Americas. It is a mosto verde pisco distilled from a blend of Quebranta, Torontel, and Albilla grape varietals in traditional copper pot stills, rested 5 to 8 months before bottling.
