Kanon is an organic vodka from Sweden, distilled from 100% organically-grown wheat and fresh spring water from the distillery's own well. Founded by Peter Hjelm at the historic Åkers Styckebruk site, a former cannon foundry built in 1580 by King Karl IV, the entire production process from wheat to bottle occurs within a three-mile radius. The vodka is certified organic by both EU and USDA, and uses bottles made from 60% recycled glass.
