Centinela Reposado is produced by Casa Centinela, founded in 1904 as the first tequila distillery established in Arandas in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. The distillery has been family-owned for over a century, maintaining traditional production methods at the Hacienda El Centinela. Centinela is one of the most important tequila producers in Los Altos de Jalisco, producing over one million cases annually.
